By accessing the askvenda marketplace via WhatsApp, Telegram, or any associated administrative interface, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the service immediately.

2. Description of Service

Askvenda is a pre-verified service directory that connects clients with verified vendors in Nigeria. We facilitate the discovery and verification of vendors, but we are not a party to any agreement or transaction between clients and vendors.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of the platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users.

4. Vendor Verification & Conduct

Vendors undergo a verification process including identity validation and physical location audits. However, Askvenda does not guarantee the quality of work or conduct of any vendor. Clients are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before engaging a vendor.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Askvenda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform or any interaction with vendors or clients.
