To be listed on the Askvenda active search directory, you must successfully pass our registration process: (1) Valid real-time identity validation match, (2) workspace or phone audit verification by a local Associate, and (3) clearing of the stipulated onboarding verification setup fee. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during this process.
We are a direct service directory. You interface directly with matched clients, set your own service rates, and collect payments directly. We deduct 0% of your earnings. You are fully responsible for maintaining professional, top-tier service standards and fulfilling your obligations to clients.
Askvenda operates a strict zero-tolerance fraud policy. Any customer dispute containing verified evidence of fraudulent actions, theft, or deliberate workspace abuse will result in an immediate lifetime ban. This ban is tied permanently to your verified identity across all registered channels. We reserve the right to report fraudulent activities to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Vendors are expected to deliver high-quality services to clients. Repeated negative feedback or complaints regarding the quality of work may lead to a review of your vendor status and potential suspension or termination of your account.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Askvenda, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the platform, your services provided to clients, or your violation of this agreement.
